The speakers for this Armchair discussion are:

Letitia Hope
Associate Principal, Management Consulting

Letitia is passionate about bringing the best out in people and in organisations. She has a heliotropic effect that has a positive impact on people and organisations. Simply, her energy is contagious.

Letitia’s approach integrates evidence based methodologies and frameworks from Positive Psychology and Change Management
to create higher levels of wellbeing, higher performing and rewarding organisations and workplaces for individuals, leaders and organisations.

With senior leadership experience, Letitia brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of Well-being, Leadership, Change Management, Culture and Workplace Change. Having worked with global organisations across a broad range of sectors, in both government and corporate organisations.

She has an outstanding track record of success’ in leading large and complex projects in challenging environments, and the proven ability to analyse complex issues, design flexible approaches and implement innovative solutions.

Letitia is an engaging, committed and result driven specialist with a leadership style that improves, supports and sustains business and individual change.


Tom Blair

Tom Blair has utilized the Zoo for over 180 participants and draws upon a wealth of knowledge and experience in business and as an educator. Tom has been the director, CEO and President of many companies in the building, construction, engineering and design industries for over 35 years. For the past 5 years Tom has been a senior educator with RMIT University designing and delivering programs to industry.

With an international background as both an American and Australian he has worked within the US, Australia, China, Korea, and the UAE on projects with Disney, Northrop Grumman, The Salvation Army, Viacom and Paramount Studios to name a few. Leading successful teams on a wide variety of project types, working with a range of clients from private to governments, his background offers some dimensions that are beneficial to any organization.

Tom is also an architect, builder and project manager with qualifications in all areas. He is currently a PhD candidate focusing on client expectations.


Chris Zidak
Manager of Business & Development
REALM, Maroondah City Council

Chris Zidak is Manager of Business & Development and Realm at Maroondah City Council in Victoria.  Realm opened in 2015 and is a hub of community interaction, incorporating a library, cultural, knowledge and innovation centre and the new BizHub co-work space.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in local government. He has managed the successful delivery of major capital infrastructure works including museums and art galleries, sports stadiums and aquatic centres.  He has also undertaken street-scape redevelopments and urban design projects.

Chris is a registered architect and project manager. He holds a Masters Degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (Hons), and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design.
