Murali is an innovator, entrepreneur, designer, strategist, experiential futurist, co-operator and commoner. He believes in the humans; together we can humanise how we produce meaning and value. He is the founder of The Still Dynamic (TSD), a transformational design-thinking practice. TSD is the yoga of doing that starts with the transformational value of kindness and service.
Murali specialises in empathy, self-awareness practices, human-centred design, leadership and entrepreneurship, blending these skills in the service of government, corporate, startup, not-for-profit and social enterprise clients. His work combines deep empathy practices, design thinking, service design, futures & foresight, systems thinking, neuroscience, play, improvisation and Eastern self-awareness practices to uncover and gently your scale the capacity for empathy, creativity and co-operation. His purpose is to scaffold and support your innate capacity to create from the silent core of your being with clarity, authenticity and compassion. Murali believes all humans are social creatures – our safety, happiness and meaning starts here – the next evolution like all before it will be social, and not economic. The way we feel, think and act informs everything we make – exchange of value follows. “Social Evolutionary” is the description he coined to describe the practice of putting our humanity and interconnection with this our only planet in the centre of every conversation.
Murali is the Managing Director and Company Secretary of the 888 Antipodean Order of Froth Blowers Co-operative Limited, Melbourne’s newest evolution of social enterprise (www.888.coop). He is an active member of the global commons movement and works to build the possibilities for more integrated, balanced and generative futures today … with you.
