Brad is a curious explorer, constantly on the lookout for patterns and fresh perspectives. This inquisitiveness helps him learn from rich and diverse fields – including quantum mechanics, military history, knowledge management, design thinking, spirituality and photography walks. He has 20 years’ experience in learning and development and organisational development – in diverse sectors such as not-for-profits, telecommunications, professional services, major events, technology, retail utilities, distribution logistics, public sector and health services.
Over the last few years, he has researched and reflected on how an organisation’s learning capability can evolve beyond traditional L&D, to meet challenges of the complexity and change we need to navigate.
